to the Rowan County P.V.A. Office Website!

We are very pleased to be the first local government office in Rowan County to offer some of our information and services online. By establishing this website, we hope to promote the public's understanding and knowledge of the P.V.A. office and the Kentucky Property Tax System.

Our website contains basic property tax information, forms used by the P.V.A. office and other components that taxpayers may find useful. The most current certified tax roll is accessible by subscription. The user can obtain ownership information, property characteristics and assessments. Click on Tax Roll for more information.
